Vision Statement:

The vision of UniteTheGOP is to unite the Republican Party by fostering conservative leaders, principles and legislation. We believe that strong conservative values and the undiluted principles of the United States Constitution should be upheld, supported, and always be a part of the Republican platform. We will endorse and support any candidate whom has a voting record which sustains our stances on conservative issues, principles, and legislation, whether they be conservative, moderate, independent, libertarian, or constitutionalist.

In addition to the above statement, our long term vision includes united efforts to position Mitt Romney as President of the United States. We believe that Romney will bring necessary integrity and change to America’s leadership and legislation. Furthermore, we will continue to endorse and support candidates and legislation long after Romney’s administration to maintain the peace, prosperity, and freedoms we all seek to preserve.

As part of our short term strategic vision, we are united in our efforts to endorse, support, and work diligently, towards the goal of getting Mitt Romney on the ‘08 Republican ballot as the Vice Presidential nominee in 2008.

UnitetheGOP believes that Mitt Romney’s experience as a successful conservative leadership in both business and government qualifies him to effectively strengthen our economy. It is our opinion that Mitt Romney would be the best person to place on the ballot in order to insure that his fiscal plan for growing our economy and generating economic prosperity will be included in the 2008 Republican platform.

We also believe that Mitt Romney’s strong stance against illegal immigration represents the majority of Republicans and should be considered when choosing a Republican Vice Presidential candidate. Illegal immigration is an issue that needs to be addressed in order to regain the conservative support needed for a successful Republican ‘08 ballot.

UniteTheGOP is unwavering in our belief that Mitt Romney’s strengths on the aforementioned issues, coupled with our position of lower taxes and strong national defense will bring strength to the Republican ballot.

It is our core belief that, only by adding Mitt Romney to the ‘08 Republican ballot will we bring the unity necessary for the GOP to celebrate victory with the Republican Presidential candidate in the November 2008 election.

Therefore, we pledge to work diligently towards our short term goal of adding Mitt Romney as the Vice-Presidential running mate on the ‘08 Republican ballot and more importantly, our long term vision of supporting and endorsing conservative leadership, principles and legislation.
